8900 Gratiot is the Detroit Catholic Pastoral Alliance's first major mixed use housing development in the Gratiot Woods Community.  This impressive 25,000 sq. foot building features 11 apartments (primarily 2 & 3 bedroom) on the second floor and 3 commercial tenant spaces on the first floor.
